Buying Experience Specialist - Administrative Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Manufacturing Sales Support Specialist in our _____ territory.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HARTWIG MANUFACTURING SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST:

  • Coordinate communication between vendors, customers, and Hartwig team in all aspects of the machine order process, proactively identify possible issues and communicate changes
  • Review, verify, assemble and maintain accurate data of equipment order in paper and electronic files to include, options, notes, and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate and monitor shipment, installation, training, and all logistics including schedules and checklists.
  • Conduct customer introduction calls and make personal visits
  • Create ancillary quotes for Sales Engineers as needed
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to provide and present information
  • Support six Sales Engineers.
  • Assume responsibility for other related duties as required or assigned.

TO JOIN THE HARTWIG TEAM, YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, sales support, account management, logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Uncompromising sense of urgency which can make or break a sale
  • Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills and demonstrated problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and follow through
